What are your opening hours?

We are open Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.00pm. Drop off is available outside of these hours on request.

Where are you based?

Our purpose-built laundry is located in the lovely village of Notgrove in the heart of the Cotswolds. We share a building with the Notgrove holiday barns.

Our postcode is GL54 3BS, however we suggest following directions on Google Maps by entering 'Cotswold Tiger Laundry'. Within Notgrove you can also follow brown street signs to the laundry or barns and pods.

Who can use your laundry?

Anyone can request to open an account. Whether you’re a busy household, a holiday let, a second home or boutique accommodation, you can rely on us to take expert care of your laundry. 

What is your turn-around time?

We offer either a seven day, a four day or an express two-day service. Express services are dependent on capacity at the time.

What laundry services do you offer?

We offer a full wash and iron service for bed-linen, sheets and shirts, and a wash and fold service for towels. We can also wash duvets, pillows, mattress toppers and many other household items

What areas of the Cotswolds does your laundry cover?

From our Notgrove base we cover up to Chipping Norton in the north of the Cotswolds, across to Witney and Burford, down to Cirencester and the Cotswold Water Parks and across to Stroud and Cheltenham. Click here to read more about the areas our laundry covers.

How is payment made? 

Payment can be made by card on collection. We are also pleased to offer account terms for our loyal customers which allows payment monthly by BACS. Please get in touch for further information. 

Can I bring my dry cleaning to you?

Yes – for all your delicate items we offer a reliable dry-cleaning service.  Do note that dry cleaning can take longer than our usual 7 days to complete depending on the item and requirements.

Are you able to collect and deliver my laundry?

If you have a credit account with us, we can collect and deliver your laundry for a small charge. Please contact us for further information.

Do you sell linen for my holiday let?

We sell bed linen and towels that are designed specifically for holiday lets. Our knowledgeable and friendly team would be happy to help with your requirements.

Is there any size of laundry that you can’t wash?

No - our professional washing machines have the capacity to wash even the largest of duvets and throws.
